Adela Jansen and David H. Carstens, two internationally renowned experts, have recently joined the Leviatan Group’s Board of Advisors to strengthen our group of companies’ commitment to excellence and innovation in construction projects.
Recognized for their extensive professional experience across various domains, the contributions of these two experts will open new valuable perspectives in the construction industry for the Leviatan Group, which includes companies like Leviatan Design, Ubitech Construcții, and eConfaire Immersive Design, driving our companies’ long-term success.
Adela Jansen is an independent non-executive director on several boards or advisory boards of companies and business organizations, an investor, and an associate professor. She has over 25 years of experience in top management positions in international and local companies, in launching and developing businesses, transformations, outsourcing, and restructuring, across multiple industries such as financial services, telecommunications, FMCG, and hospitality, including listed companies.
Adela has accumulated expertise in areas such as strategy, business development, human resources, governance and stakeholder management, advocacy, operations. She has launched or been an early adopter of various business initiatives, building high-performing and motivated teams, and extensive local and international business networks.

David H. Carstens, a retired Colonel of the United States Army, joins the Leviatan Group after a remarkable 30-year military career. From October 2018 to September 2023, David H. Carstens held the position of Chief of the Military Liaison Office (MLO) at the United States Embassy in Romania.
His previous experience as Director of the Anti-Terrorism/Emergency Management Department and Inspector General of the US Army Command in Europe is invaluable. His role as Commander of the US Army Garrison in Wiesbaden, Germany, consisting of 20,000 soldiers, civilians, and family members, confirms his leadership abilities and strategic vision.
David H. Carstens held several key positions in the US Army during his remarkable career as a Military Intelligence Officer. His previous missions included activities within the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. He currently owns a private company that develops and implements comprehensive protection solutions for large corporations.
