Feasibility studies

The feasibility study is an instrument which can be used to evaluate and manage an investment.

This is a preliminary study which is performed before starting a project and only involves the theoretical simulation of an investment. It is based on evaluations and technical studies covering the various specialities that form that particular project, all of the associated costs that are estimated in order to document a detailed economic analysis.

A feasibility study covers the following:

Technical study per specialities, including bills of works and bills of quantities
Architecture, structure, systems, interior decoration, geotechnical surveys, technical expert analysis and other speciality studies, as necessary on a case-by-case basis
Economic study performed in order to establish the total cost of the investment, suitability, efficiency, amortisation and cost-efficiency rate
