Management and project implementation
The project manager is responsible for overseeing the time, cost and quality factors that underlie any project.
He is involved in the planning of activities and the management of the resources necessary to complete the project and ensures good communication in relation to the client, but also with all the teams involved (design teams, architecture, technical assistance), making sure that the quality of the project is respected, through prevention and control mechanisms, for inclusion in the provided financial estimate, for monitoring and intervention in the planning structure of the project
Once the design is completed, the directions to follow for its implementation are clarified.
