The Thought Organizer, a unique tool for inspiration and continuous development, returned at the beginning of 2025 with a new concept that spotlights the Leviatan Group’s departmental teams. This gives all members the unique opportunity to discover, from a new perspective, the power of collaboration and the magic of inspiring teams.
This year’s concept is based on the positive experiences accumulated over the years. Collaboration between department teams has been a real source of motivation and inspiration, essential to overcoming different challenges and achieving ambitious goals.
Each step along the way has shown that success is never achieved individually and is the result of true connections and collective effort. The 2025 edition of the Thought Organizer aims to bring these stories to the forefront.
Launched in 2016, The Thought Organizer is not a simple agenda. Year after year, it aims to be a reflective tool, not to be left out of the luggage for the challenging journey of personal development. It encourages Leviatan team members to put down on paper every thought that matters.
Moreover, the digital version of the Thought Organizer, launched in 2023, fulfills this mission by creating an accessible and interactive platform where all members can share inspirational thoughts and strengthen their professional relationships.
Inspiring Teams, a new internal competition
After last year’s digital version of The Thought Organizer brought Leviatan team members a contest inspired by the values of the group of companies, with a prize of 5,000 lei, the 2025 edition of The Thought Organizer opened a new internal contest to highlight the good collaboration between department teams and to give Leviatan team members a good space to express their appreciation to colleagues who make their work easier and help them succeed.
The contest will run throughout 2025 and features 17 stages dedicated to the Leviatan Group’s department teams. At the end of each stage, a winner will be randomly selected and awarded a surprise prize of 300 lei.

Sandra, our colleague, got a 300 lei voucher at eMAG after winning the first stage of the Inspiring Teams competition.
With a grateful message for the IT and Data Security teams, Sandra highlighted the ingenuity and swiftness of our colleagues from these departments in giving us the support we need.
“Thank you for all you do! If there were an award for the fastest and most ingenious rescuers, you would win it! I appreciate you so much and feel we are lucky to have you by our side,” Sandra shared with our colleagues.
On this occasion, we congratulate Sandra on winning the first round of the competition and on the positive energy she brings to the team. More teams and opportunities to celebrate the power of collaboration are to come.
The second round of the Inspiring Teams competition was the perfect opportunity to express gratitude to our colleagues in the Administrative and Logistics Department. Gabriela, our colleague from the Legal Department, was the winner of this round and received a 300 lei voucher at eMAG.
On this occasion, we congratulated Gabriela on how she chose to highlight the dedication and professionalism of our colleagues. The next stage of the competition will start soon and bring a new department to the forefront.
In the third stage of the contest, we celebrated the Structural Engineering team’s contribution to our projects. Our colleague Florin won the competition and received a 300 lei voucher at eMAG.
Thus, we congratulate Florin for highlighting the professionalism of our colleagues. A new phase of the competition will start very soon, focusing on a new department’s team.
Carmen from the Procurement and Bidding Department won the fourth round of the Inspiring Teams competition after expressing her gratitude to her department colleagues through a message published in the competition. She won a 300 lei voucher at eMAG, and we congratulated her for highlighting the positive atmosphere and unity of the Procurement and Bidding team.
“Almost a year with you has passed as if it was yesterday. Anybody wants to grow alongside a team like mine. I am so proud of you,” Carmen told her teammates.
At this stage of the competition, we were happy to read many messages of appreciation for the Procurement and Bidding team, which is clear proof that professionalism, commitment, perseverance, and a positive spirit make a difference every day.
Elena, Finance and Accounting Coordinator, won the 5th round of the Inspiring Teams competition after expressing her appreciation to the Legal Department team. She won a 300 lei IKEA gift card.
Our internal competition, centered on outstanding people within our group of companies who give meaning to the words collaboration and professionalism, will soon open a new phase. Stay tuned!
The 6th round of the Inspiring Teams competition has come to an end and the winner is Loredana, our colleague from the HR department.
She pointed out how this team manages to turn complexity into simplicity and bring efficiencies where there were only challenges once.
For the way she put into words the real value of the innovations that the R&D team integrates into our workflows, Loredana received a gift card worth 300 lei at eMAG. It’s our way of recognizing the authenticity of a message that reflects collaboration and progress.
