The Thought Organizer has grown alongside the Leviatan team, and in 2026 it will reach a milestone: 10 years of existence. Built around people, ideas, and gratitude, the Organizer is evolving this year into a new concept: Pay it Forward.
The concept starts with the idea that an organization’s soul is embodied in its people and their daily interactions. Thus, it is built around the recognition of authentic experiences that team members share, moments when support, involvement, or collaboration made a difference.
The concept is based on a series of principles inspired by our company’s six values: innovation, responsibility, integrity, tenacity, camaraderie, and vitality. These provide a framework for reflecting on how team members, through their actions, contribute to strengthening the organizational culture.
Through this format, the Thought Organizer becomes a space for dialogue and recognition, where appreciation is not a one-off gesture, but an ongoing process.
Pay it Forward, a new internal contest
After the Thought Organizer promoted a culture of teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration through an internal contest in 2025, the 2026 edition takes this approach further, transforming appreciation into a gesture that circulates from colleague to colleague, inspired by the Pay it Forward principle.
Each month, a winning team of two colleagues will be selected and will receive a prize worth 300 lei in the form of an activity they will carry out together.
Winners of the contest
Mihaela, Quality Assurance, and Alina, Performance & Talent Specialist, won the first stage of the internal “Pay it Forward” competition and turned the 300 lei prize into an unforgettable evening, watching the play “Dealurile Californiei” (The Hills of California) at the Matei Vișniec Theatre in Suceava and enjoying a hearty dinner at EKER.
In her message, written in line with the statement of the month – “New solutions to old problems” – Mihaela highlighted the impact Alina has on the team:
“Alina is resourceful and finds solutions to complex challenges, going beyond her role with energy and responsibility”.

Anca and Andreea, from the Procurement & Bidding department, won the second round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. Their prize was a delicious dinner at Aria TNB, followed by a performance of the play “The Journey” at the National Theater of Bucharest.
Anca’s message, written in the spirit of this month’s theme, “We share what we expect from one another,” captures the essence of their bond: “Thank you for being the kind of colleague you can count on: committed, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond.”

Carmen and Dana, from the Procurement and Bidding Department, are the winners of the third round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. Their prize was a relaxing experience in the VIP lounge at the AFI Cotroceni Cinema, where they enjoyed the movie “You, Me, and Tuscany.”
In line with this edition’s motto, “We do what we say and say what we do,” the message shared by Carmen reflects the professionalism and consistency that underpin her collaboration with Dana: “I admire you because you take every task seriously, meet deadlines, and communicate openly throughout the process. Through everything you do, you constantly demonstrate that performance means consistency between words and actions.”
The stories that highlight our people and our values continue to spread. The contest continues to foster authentic connections and highlight the gestures that make a difference within the team.
Iuliana and Cristina, also from the Procurement and Bidding Department, won the fourth round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. The two colleagues chose to enjoy a VIP movie experience, watching “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” the sequel to a film that has already become a classic.
The edition’s theme, “We adapt and always find a way,” is reflected in Cristina’s message, who confirms Iuliana’s ability to turn unexpected obstacles into quick solutions: “I especially appreciate the way you manage to handle unforeseen situations and find effective solutions quickly. A clear example is when you had to urgently bring crushed concrete to the construction site, even though it wasn’t easy to find. You managed to step up and solve the problem without halting the work, which says a lot about your commitment and determination.”

Tamara, a Recruitment Specialist, and Andreea, a Copywriter, are the winners of the fifth round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. The prize chosen by the two colleagues was dinner at Mayfair 39, an occasion for leisurely storytelling, laughter, and conversations that truly bring people together.
The theme of this edition, “We are proactive and look for solutions when an obstacle arises,” is reflected in the words Tamara used to describe Andreea: “I really appreciate that you’re conscientious, attentive, and that you don’t leave things unfinished. Your attention to detail and the sense of responsibility with which you approach every task are evident.”

Sorana, Event Coordinator, and Tamara, Recruitment Specialist, are the winners of the sixth round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. Their prize was a dinner at Adamo restaurant, an opportunity for leisurely storytelling and conversations that truly bring people closer together.
In line with this edition’s theme, “We actively contribute to the team’s rhythm and energy,” Sorana’s message highlights the energy Tamara brings to the team: “You have a natural talent for reading people, always with humor and positive energy!”
Stage six confirms, once again, that small gestures of recognition among colleagues build, step by step, a culture of genuine appreciation.
Adriana, an Operational and Transformation Process Specialist, and Andreea, a Procurement Specialist, are the winners of the seventh round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. The two colleagues chose a visit to the MINA Museum as their prize, where they discovered immersive shows such as “The Gods of Olympus,” “In the Heart of the Ocean,” “Kandinsky,” and “Monet.”
The theme of this edition, “Challenges are actually opportunities for innovation,” is reflected in the words Andreea used to describe Adriana: “Every day, you demonstrate another facet of innovation: organization, responsibility, and the desire to improve the way we work continuously.”
Dana, a Public Procurement Expert, and Daniela, a Bid Specialist, won the eighth round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest and used their prize at THAIco SPA, where each enjoyed a deep-tissue massage in a space dedicated to relaxation and balance.
In her message, written in line with the round’s theme – “We are the people we want to work with” – Dana highlighted the way Daniela interacts with her colleagues:
“I really appreciate your dedication, the calmness with which you approach things, and your willingness to help everyone.”

Robert, a Visual Content Creator, and Tiberiu, a Content Writer & Social Media Specialist, won the ninth round of the internal “Pay it Forward” contest. The two colleagues chose a meal at Efes restaurant, where they sampled Turkish dishes and spent an afternoon sharing stories at a leisurely pace.
The theme of this edition, “We don’t give up easily; we learn from our mistakes,” is reflected in the words Tiberiu shared with Robert: “Integrity is evident in our day-to-day collaboration, through open communication, consistency, and choosing the right solution, even when it’s not the easiest one. I really appreciate being able to count on you!”
