At the beginning of each year, all members of the Leviatan team receive the Thought Organizer, to provide them with additional inspiration and to assist them as much as possible in their daily activities.
The Thought Organizer is not just a simple agenda, but a significant source of vitamins for the mind and soul.
The story of the organizer began in 2016, with pencil sketches focused on the people in our team and their thoughts. As people’s thoughts were put into writing, the Thought Organizer gained more and more color and meaning. Therefore, the Organizer aims to be an indispensable tool for reflection on the challenging journey of personal development, so that the members of the Leviatan team can put down on paper every thought that matters.
A thought put into writing at the right moment can be the beginning of a success story.
At the beginning of 2023, Leviatan Design launched a digital edition of the Thought Organizer, which facilitates interactions among team members and creates a suitable framework in which everyone can share inspirational ideas.
Moreover, within the digital platform, the “Thoughts that Inspire Us” contest for the Leviatan team members was organized, running throughout the year 2023. The contest is structured in 12 stages, and at the end of each month, a winner is designated who receives a MysteryBox.
With the desire to capture as much color as possible and to become an inexhaustible source of inspiration, this year’s edition of the Thought Organizer adopted the photographic concept “Miniature Worlds”, developed by Anca Dușe, visual artist.
The collaboration with Anca Dușe resulted in the creation of 12 artistic compositions, featuring our team members as protagonists, who were captured in various unique situations.
6 of the 12 compositions were created on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Leviatan Design’s activity, and later were integrated into the current edition of the Thought Organizer, along with another 6 unique compositions.
Each composition was assigned to a calendar month, for which we outlined a specific theme, starting from what matters to us.
January – The Month of Goals
Every new beginning is an invitation to introspection and dreaming, while also being a perfect opportunity for setting new goals.
January, the first month of the year, inevitably marks the start of a new journey for each of us, and the better we know where we want to go, the easier it will be to achieve what we set out to do.

Marius’s thought inspired us in January
During the internal contest organized in January, Marius’s thought inspired us and brought him a prize consisting of an annual subscription to Upriserz, the largest subscription-based online education platform in Romania.
February – The Month of the Mother Tongue
Annually marked on February 21, the Mother Tongue Day promotes cultural and linguistic diversity around the world.
Currently, over 7,000 languages are known worldwide, and each of them plays an important role in the preservation and development of the material and intangible global cultural heritage.

Florența’s thought inspired us in February
Florența shared with us a quote by William Shakespeare, which was appreciated by no less than 30 colleagues, thus winning the second stage of the internal contest “Thoughts that Inspire Us”.
Florența’s prize consists of 2 tickets to a 100% Romanian play at the National Theatre Bucharest.
March – Women’s Month
Women’s Month is associated with the first month of spring when everything comes back to life, celebrated on March 8. The image of women represents a worldwide symbol of triumph, peace, and love.
First celebrated in March 1911, International Women’s Day has over the years become an occasion for gratitude, appreciation, and recognition of the efforts of all the women around us, who bring us the joy of life and the motivation to live.

Denisa’s thought inspired us in March
Denisa had the most appreciated thought in March, thus winning the third stage of the “Thoughts that Inspire Us” contest. Denisa’s prize consists of a voucher for relaxation and recharging with positive energy at THAIco SPA.
April – Earth Month
April is dedicated to our planet Earth – our source of life, providing us with the perfect environment for harmonious development. Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22, to remind us that the Earth and its ecosystems provide us with the necessary conditions for sustaining life.

Mirela had the most appreciated thought in April, thus winning the fourth stage of the “Thoughts that Inspire Us” contest. Mirela’s prize consists of a unique experience for two at the Stone Winery.
May – Family Month
May is dedicated to the family – supporting us from our first steps and defining us throughout our lives. The family is an essential pillar for our stability, comfort, and safety. The family provides us with the most beautiful memories. On May 15, we celebrate International Family Day, which is a great opportunity to become aware of the importance of the family and the role it plays in our social development.

Roxana had the most appreciated thought in May, thus winning the fifth stage of the “Thoughts that Inspire Us” contest.
Roxana’s prize consists of an experience for 4 people at an Escape Room and a family lunch at a restaurant in Bucharest.
June – Children’s Month
Children create magic at every step around them, making our lives more beautiful, and June is dedicated to them. Celebrated annually on June 1, Children’s Day urges us to enjoy every moment of life, just like the little ones. The celebration is also a perfect occasion to remind us of the most beautiful period of our lives.

In June, Dana shared with us an inspirational quote about childhood, which was appreciated by no less than 30 colleagues, thus winning the sixth stage of the internal contest “Thoughts that Inspire Us”.
Dana’s prize consists of a yoga, meditation, and coaching session at the SUNTUNCOPAC studio, which she can attend together with her daughters.
July – Friendship Month
Friendship is the simplest form of human closeness, solidarity, and unity. “No one can live without friends, even if he has all the goods of the world,” Aristotle. International Friendship Day is marked annually on July 30, being a suitable occasion to spend time with the close people who have been there for us in all the important moments of life.

Roxana, our colleague from the Legal Department, won the seventh stage of the “Thoughts that Inspire Us” contest after she shared with us an inspirational quote about friendship.
Roxana’s prize consists of an unforgettable experience for four people at Stand-up Comedy.
August – Inventor’s Month
August is dedicated to inventors, to highlight the important role that inventions have in the evolution of humanity. Inventor’s Day is celebrated on different days of the year, in many countries around the world. We owe our evolution, all of us, to talented and courageous people, who dare to be creative.

Gândul Gabrielei ne-a inspirat în luna august
Gabriela, colega noastră din Departamentul Juridic, a câștigat cea de-a opta etapă a concursului “Gânduri care ne inspiră”, după ce a împărtășit cu noi un citat inspirațional despre inventatori.
Premiul câștigat de Gabriela constă într-o experiență de neuitat într-un simulator de zbor Boeing 737NG.
Septembrie – Luna Inginerului și a Constructorului Român
Ziua Inginerului Român și Ziua Constructorului Român sunt sărbătorite în fiecare an pe 14 septembrie – dată la care a fost inaugurat Podul „Anghel Saligny”. În anul 1895, odată cu finalizarea construcției, Podul „Anghel Saligny” a devenit la acea vreme cel mai mare din Europa şi al treilea din lume, asigurând legătura feroviară între București și Constanța.

Daniela, colega noastră din Departamentul Ofertare-Devize, a câștigat cea de-a noua etapă a concursului “Gânduri care ne inspiră”, dedicată Inginerului și Constructorului Român, după ce a împărtășit cu noi un citat memorabil al lui Albert Einstein, care a fost apreciat de nu mai puțin de 30 de colegi.
Premiul câștigat de Dana constă într-un voucher de 800 lei la Dedeman.
Octombrie – Luna Arhitectului
Momentul apariției arhitecturii nu poate fi stabilit cu precizie, însă cert este că oamenii au proiectat construcții impresionante încă din epoca neolitică. Ziua Mondială a Arhitecturii este sărbătorită anual în prima zi de luni din octombrie, cu scopul de a aprecia marile lucrări arhitecturale ale lumii antice și moderne și oamenii care le-au proiectat.

Gândul Denisei ne-a inspirat în luna octombrie
Denisa, colega noastră de la HR, a câștigat cea de-a zecea etapă a concursului “Gânduri care ne inspiră”, dedicată Arhitectului, după ce a împărtășit cu noi un citat al lui Richard Buckminster Fuller, care a fost apreciat de nu mai puțin de 38 de colegi.
Premiul câștigat de Denisa constă într-un card cadou de 800 lei la IKEA.
Noiembrie – Luna Toleranței
Respectul și toleranța diferitelor culturi de pe mapamond sunt esențiale în era globalizării, când fiecare colț al lumii devine din ce în ce mai ușor de atins de către oricine, prin intermediul tehnologiilor de ultimă generație. Marcată în fiecare an, la data de 16 noiembrie, Ziua Internaţională a Toleranţei îndemnă la înțelegere şi respect reciproc, dialog şi cooperare între culturi, civilizaţii şi popoare.
