Leviatan Design and Ubitech Construcții, two companies known for their innovation in the construction field, have launched a new charitable project named Open your heART for HOSPICE, the first in the From passion to action series, which focuses on supporting both the team’s actions and those in the social sphere.
The Open your heART for HOSPICE project highlighted the artistic passions of team members while supporting the efforts of the HOSPICE Casa Speranței association to offer a chance for a better life to children and adults with incurable diseases. Thus, all exhibitors agreed that the money raised from the auction would be directed to HOSPICE.
This initiative reflects not only the commitment of the two design and execution companies to contribute to social welfare but also their philosophy of promoting and celebrating the creativity of their team members. This initiative came shortly after Leviatan and Ubitech expanded their range of employee benefits, emphasizing the importance the two companies place on continuous development and the well-being of their employees.
During the Open your heART for HOSPICE project, an auction was organized that hosted over 60 art pieces created over 3 months by 16 members of the two companies, as well as by the artists of team Contemporia and Anca Dușe, who joined this initiative, following a long and fruitful collaboration that led to the realization of numerous creative projects together with our team.

The charitable event inspired the Leviatan and Ubitech artists, who created a wide variety of art objects, including paintings, photographs, craft/handmade items, furniture pieces, clothing accessories, and many others.

Dragoș, an Architect at Leviatan Design, specially created a piece of furniture for this event, which conveys beauty through simplicity, as he himself says.
Anca is also part of the Leviatan Architecture team and prepared several minimalist accessories for the auction. The idea to create these art objects came when she realized she would like to accessorize her outfits with such creations, and in this way, she discovered the possibility of creating them with a 3D printer.
Tiberiu is part of the Ubitech Construcții Marketing team and was an exhibitor at the Open your heART for HOSPICE event, for which he passionately created 2 abstract paintings, 2 landscape paintings, and a black ink and watercolor graphic work capturing an autumn corner. Tiberiu mentioned that he likes to translate memories, thoughts, and everything relevant and beautiful onto canvas, from a rational perspective.
Daniel, a Site Manager at Ubitech Construcții, prepared a fascinating form of art for the auction, which combines gardening techniques and Asian aesthetics. Specifically, Daniel exhibited 2 bonsai trees at the event, which he has cared for with much love.
Contemporia is a design studio established in 2014 by Ioana Streza and Alex Burlacu with the idea of being a playground and experimentation space in the visual arts area. Over the years, the team has expanded to five members specialized in visual arts and architecture. The studio’s main focus has shifted towards creating contemporary jewelry. Contemporia’s jewelry are unique creations or produced in limited series, combining traditional methods with modern technologies. The creation process starts with an idea and a sketch, evolving in the workshop under the craftsman’s hand, where metal is shaped with fire and hammer, until the final piece reveals its story.
“We are super grateful for the collaboration with Leviatan Design and Ubitech Construcții for many reasons, one of the most important being that we were trusted to create artistic works on a completely different scale than jewelry, that we were given creative freedom, and last but not least, appreciation,” mentioned the artists from Contemporia.
Anca Dușe,trained in the arts and communication, worked 12 years in tourism as a marketing manager, and currently, most of her activity is in the area of creative photography, where she approaches impressive “miniature world” compositions.
The collaboration with Anca Dușe resulted in one of our projects creating 14 artistic compositions, featuring our team members captured in various unique situations, thanks to the “miniature worlds” photographic concept.
“I always say that ‘miniature worlds’ help me to know new people, teams, and industries, and the collaboration with Leviatan Design is perhaps the best example. Over the months we worked together on the anniversary project, I discovered a field of activity where the mind shapes matter, where teams complement each other, and people are at the same time jovial, passionate, and professional,” stated Anca Dușe.
The charitable event took place on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the reception of the TN Offices 3a building, with generous support provided by Timpuri Noi Square.
