The adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technologies is among the objectives of Leviatan Design, as part of the Leviatan Group’s development strategy, aiming, among other things, to continuously optimize work processes and increase the performance level of Leviatan’s specialists.
In this context, Copilot, Microsoft’s artificial intelligence-based solution, perfectly met the needs of Leviatan Design specialists and made it easier and faster to manage daily activities.
“This was a profound transformation. Our colleagues are connected with everything that is happening in the company. And I must say that when you do things easily, seamlessly, and without friction, you see rather a joy in doing these things. Companies that embrace technology in their strategy will be ready for the future,” said Cătălin Podaru, CEO and Founder of Leviatan Group.
Leviatan Group’s vision, focused on technology and innovation, enabled a strategic and creative approach to the adoption of Copilot, which became available to every company in the group and every team member. This transformation has resulted in fewer time-consuming administrative and repetitive activities and has enabled Leviatan’s specialists to prioritize strategic activities.
“I can now focus on more strategic things: how to manage my colleagues, how to develop other procedures for them, or how to lift the wellbeing of the team – things that I couldn’t do before,” explained Beatrice Băluță-Siclitaru, Head of the Architecture Department at Leviatan Group.
In addition, thanks to a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and by promoting a learning culture, Leviatan’s specialists have realized process streamlining and new innovations through Copilot.
“Microsoft 365 Copilot allows us to access very critical information in a matter of seconds and helps us streamline processes, so we realized that it could become our daily assistant. Copilot allows us to focus more on strategic and value-adding activities,” said Alexandra Lupu, Continuous Improvement Specialist at Leviatan Group.
Recently, Microsoft developed a case study on how Leviatan Group member companies Leviatan Design, Ubitech Construcții, eConfaire Immersive Design and Copraag Entrepreneur have achieved new standards of efficiency through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, even though the industry they operate in, namely the construction industry, is quite reluctant to integrate technological innovations into their workflows. The case study can be accessed here.
Leviatan specialists’ experience in implementing Copilot, presented in an online event organized by Microsoft
Shortly after the launch of the case study, Microsoft organized an online event where Romina Posea, Head of Planning and Continuous Improvement Office at Leviatan Group, presented a series of insights about the experience of Leviatan specialists in using Copilot. The event was attended by more than 250 participants from Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Near East, Middle East and Asia.
“One of the important achievements of the department I lead was the creation of a customized Copilot for the Leviatan Group, which allows access to legislative information and procedures in just a few seconds, instead of the hours it used to take. It was developed using Copilot Studio and integrated with Azure for added security. It’s still a work in progress, but with the new Romanian-language functionality and Wave 2 developments, we believe we can make a huge impact with this type of assistant in our daily activities,” said Romina Posea, Head of Planning and Continuous Improvement Office at Leviatan Group.
Since the very beginning of Leviatan Design in 2012, its specialists have understood the importance of keeping up with technological trends and adopting the latest innovations to stay at the forefront of innovation and create an efficient working environment, oriented towards increasing performance and quality of service.
Therefore, when Copilot was launched on the Romanian market, Leviatan Group companies were among the first customers of this product. The adoption of Copilot was realized not only for the functionalities it offered at the time of its launch, but also for the future functionalities that Leviatan’s specialists realized this solution would offer at some point.
The collaboration with Microsoft is proving to be a real success for the Leviatan Group, as it has opened new opportunities for innovation and increased efficiency.
