For the second consecutive year, Leviatan Design ranked first in the top 100 most powerful architecture firms in Romania, compiled by the IBC Focus agency. The company is thus consolidating its leading position, reporting a 34.2% increase in turnover to 395 million lei in 2024. This performance is remarkable, considering that the entire sector recorded a growth of only 13.4%, according to the National Institute of Statistics. The positive evolution was supported by a diversified portfolio of strategic projects, including military objectives, hospital infrastructure, and seismic consolidation projects.
The significant growth recorded by Leviatan Design comes at a time when the architecture sector is facing significant economic challenges. In 2025, the industry recorded a 10.3% decline in turnover (INS). Leviatan Design’s strategy to counter uncertainty is based on innovation and accelerated digitalization, with heavy investment in cutting-edge technologies.
