In an interview for Arhispec.ro, Beatrice Băluță-Siclitaru, Head of Architecture Office at Leviatan Design, explained how technology, digitization, and the design & build model transform the development of construction projects.
“Before BIM, each specialty created its own plans and sent them to the others, but the construction team discovered issues on the site, which cost tens of times more. Now, all specialties work on the same digital model, in real time,” said Beatrice Băluță-Siclitaru, Head of Architecture Office – Leviatan Design.
