The “CANTACUZINO” Institute

The project involved the construction of an administrative pavilion with a height regime of B+G+3F, which ensures optimal conditions for the specific activities of the personnel of the Cantacuzino National Institute for Medical-Military Research-Development.

The pavilion includes office spaces and their annexes (circulations, locker rooms, sanitary groups, storage and technical spaces).

The Briefing Room, CDC Room, Intermediate Archive, and Cipher Rooms have walls, floors, and ceilings treated for radiation.

The basement includes the general panel room, fire station, heating plant, technical spaces, locker rooms with sanitary groups, and circulation nodes – stairs and elevators;
The ground floor includes offices, the main hall for protocol access and an access hall, the duty officer’s room, pantry, intervention group room with direct access from the outside, technical space, circulation nodes – stairs and elevators – and sanitary groups.

The first floor includes offices, the commander’s office with its annex spaces – rest room and secretariat, briefing room, pantry, technical space, circulation nodes – stairs and elevators – and sanitary groups;

The 2nd floor includes offices, archive, pantry, technical space, circulation nodes – stairs and elevators – and sanitary groups;

The Third floor includes offices, pantry, technical space, circulation nodes – stairs and elevators – and sanitary groups.
