
Building Seismic Risk Consolidation in Bucharest

The project became part of Leviatan Design’s portfolio by winning a framework agreement with the Municipal Administration for Building Seismic Risk Consolidation (AMCCRS).
The framework agreement includes energy auditing services, preparing or revising technical-economic documentation, and providing technical assistance to consolidate 275 buildings in Bucharest.
With a validity of 4 years, the agreement was split into two parts, won by Leviatan Design, with a maximum score of 100 points. The first part covers 225 historical monuments, with a gross area of almost 450,000 square meters, including Nicolae Petrașcu House, Suțu (Lahovary) House, and the Picture Gallery Palace. The second part covers 50 buildings with common characteristics and no heritage value, with a gross area of about 100,000 square meters.
