New Administrative Pavilion in Bucharest

The project is part of the security and defense sector and involved the design of an administrative pavilion, utility networks, and both vehicular and pedestrian access routes.

The administrative pavilion includes offices, meeting rooms, conference and event halls, technical spaces, sanitary facilities, and other areas for daily activities. It has a height structure of Basement + Ground floor + 4 Stories, a total floor area of approximately 8,500 sqm, and a total height of 21 meters.

Leviatan experts have focused on integrating sustainable solutions in this project, which utilize energy from renewable sources and ensure a high level of energy performance. Two of these solutions include solar panels and a photovoltaic panel system.

Using BIM methodology allowed Leviatan specialists to achieve a high quality in the design stage and also facilitated good coordination between specialties. Moreover, by uploading the project to the BIM360 platform, the client could see what the project looked like before it was completed and handed over.
