57 Air Base “Mihail Kogălniceanu”

The project, contracted under the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) public procurement regulation, will run until mid-2024 and involves the design of a series of buildings and storage platforms within the 57th Air Base “Mihail Kogălniceanu”, located in Constanța County.

Specifically, Leviatan specialists will manage the design stage, to NATO standards, for a military equipment storage building, a vehicle maintenance building, a multipurpose storage building and a number of storage platforms.

The project is particularly relevant for Romania’s national security, as a security provider in the NATO alliance, taking into account the current international context. The mission of the 57th “Mihail Kogălniceanu” Air Base is to participate in the defense of the airspace, the formation of deployable force packages and the support of state institutions and local authorities in emergency situations.
